how do i remove wheel on craftsman snow thrower?

Model 24788755, I need to replace the flat tire, I am having trouble removing the wheel. I have the nut off, but when I try to remove wheel, the entire wheel assembly moves. Where do I apply liquid wrench, and how to I get the wheel off? Also, if you could walk me through the process to remove the tire, I would appreciate it. Thank you!

I would imagine this situation can be confusing especially since replacing a tire is so easy. Somebody has posted a question about this issue before, so I attached the link below which includes an expert response for this situation. I hope this link is helpful!

Thank you for your question.

I should be able to help you with removing the wheel. First, tip the snow blower onto its nose. This will take the weight off the wheels and raise the working height. Then remove the bolt in the center of the wheel. Once the bolt is removed pull on the wheel to see if it will slide off. If it will not budge thread the bolt back in until it is almost touching the rim. Then have a helper pull out on the wheel while you hit the head of the bolt with a hammer. The shock from the hammer blow should loosen the wheel.

I hope this is helpful.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
