converting new Kenmore gas dryer from natural gas to LP

Kenmore Elite gas dryer model # 79679272000 with stream dryer---changing the orifice shouldn't be a problem for me. What is the problem is disassembling the dryer to get to it. The instructions that came with conversion kit shows a completely different dryer than the one I purchased and are somewhat vague. One would think Sears would have detailed instructions on line to view. But it's not that easy. I'm fairly mechanically inclined but don't want to destroy my new dryer to accomplish task. I might add that I work for a natural gas company (almost 30 years) but it's limited to main and service work--outside work.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I added two images below with the only instructions available. With your mechanical ability you should be able to complete the procedure without any problems using the instructions provided.

NOTE: Be sure to disconnect the power cord before raising the top and removing the front panel.
