sump pump won't shut off

My sump pump doesn't have a float, it has some kind of sensor when the water gets high it pumps and when the water gets low it shuts off. It turns on with the high water but when it gets to the bottom it won't shut off. Can I repair this sensor or do I have to replace the pump?

I will need the model number of the pump to see what type of shut-off it has on it and to see if it's something that can be addressed directly.

You can reply back to me on this thread with the model and I'll see what I can dig up for you.
