I just bought the part from sears department, but they did not send me the exact one. I just spoke to one fo the sears customer service, she told me that the company did not make the original part, but had one that is similar to the original. now, my problem is to put the part together in order to replace it. I have the part # and also a picture of it. I believe that a step by step video can be very helpful to do the replacement. if you google 4sp1100 you will be able to original part that I am talking about

Installation of parts can be very tricky especially if the part is a substitute. Mangemylife.com is a great website for researching installation of parts. To provide the best possible answer please submit the model number to the refrigerator, just click on reply. While waiting for an expert answer I have provided links with similar situation on overload installations. Hope this helps.
