GE Washer Dryer Combo - Locked, lights Blinking

I have a GE Washer/Dryer Combo. Recently had the wire harness for the lid replaced. Washer stopped during the rinse/spin cycles. Wash and Spin lights are blinking, Lid lock light is not lit.

Lid is locked. I can't get my clothes out. I have unplugged it and left it unplugged for several hours, lid is still locked before and after plug in.

I have an appt next week for maintenance.

Is there a reset or other method I can use to get the clothes out of the washer without voiding the warranty/service agreement?

The first image below shows a method for releasing the top panel of the washer and lifting it up. You can

unplug the laundry center

to disconnect electrical power and use that procedure to lift the top panel on the washer. (Shut off the house circuit breaker to disconnect electrical power if the outlet is not accessible.) Once you lift that washer top panel, you should be able to access the lid lock and manually unlock the lid so that it will open. Close the top panel after opening the lid. This should not void your warranty or service agreement.

You may be able to reset the control using the information shown in the second image. If you reset the control, then the lid may unlock after clearing the code. You may need to unplug the unit and then plug it back in after clearing the codes to see if the lid will unlock after clearing the codes. This may help you avoid the procedure described above. Clearing the codes in this manner should not interfere with your warranty or service agreement.
