Could my brand new Kenmore Refrigerator Model 70313 possibly in Demo Mode?

Our new french door refrigerator was delivered on Tuesday, and on Wednesday afternoon the fridge had reached 60 degrees and the freezer reached 52 degrees. They are both "stuck" on those temps despite us setting them to 33 and -1 respectively. The interior lights work, ice maker (located inside the fridge) is making solid ice, the through-door water/ice dispenser is working, but unit will not cool any further. Called tech support and without any troubleshooting, was told that a technician will be out next week. A google search revealed similar issues with other fridges that were in "demo mode". The manual does not mention a "demo mode". Searches on this site list various combinations of buttons to press, but none of them match up with the buttons on my touchscreen. I even went back to the store and spoke with the sales manager. He couldn't figure out if there is a "demo mode" on this model and spent 20 minutes on hold with tech support before hanging up and suggesting to me that we just swap the fridge with a new one. If it's a simple "demo mode" issue, there is no need for a new unit. Does anyone know if this model (Kenmore model 70313) has this type of mode? Or is this type of problem inconsistent with a refrigerator set in "demo mode"? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for submitting your question. I understand your concern and I will be happy to assist you. Normally, if the refrigerator is in demo mode, it will not provide you with temperature readings. It will just read. "0F". The unit wouldn't be able to make ice either. I'm surprised that it's making ice at all because the temperature is way to high. Also, after reviewing your model, I don't show that your unit is step up to have a demo mode. You have the option of service or just getting the unit replaced. I hope this helps. Yadira B's reply was a generic (and not helpful) response. As I said in my original post, I, too, have researched on Manage My Life website and found similar questions with posted responses that do not apply to my refrigerator's touchscreen. I listed the model number because I need help with this specific model. In addition, I mentioned that I already spoke with a technician and was simply told that a tech would come out next week.
