Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The number you provided is not a valid model number. Look for the model and serial number tag on the laundry center. The model number for Kenmore products will start with three digits and then a space or a period and several more digits.

Without having a valid model number I can only provide general information. Based on your symptom and details, it sounds like the belt tensioner pulley may be the issue causing the squealing noise or possible a drum support roller or drum slide/bearing. Since the drum is no longer turning, the drum belt could be broken or has derailed off the motor pulley if the dryer will run and if it is blowing air out the exhaust/vent hose.

So that’s what I can tell you at this point. I can give you more detailed help if you could provide me with the complete model number. The model numbers are typically located around the drum opening or around the opening of the washer basket.  If you could supply me with that information I will be happy to assist you further.
