TODAY. Just got 'required' in email on win today. (never required before) Talked with SYWR and they say it is Sears. Talked to cust serv @ Sears.. Both say have to write email@example.com! I filled out W-9 (with fear of having SS# on site), BUT STILL NO REWARDS POSTED! Gave up and emailed them. This is a mess!
I am waiting for 2 different Rewards Points prizes. I reluctantly submitted my W9 info a few days ago, so I'm hoping the points will show up soon. Also, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org yielded absolutely no response whatsoever, at least for me. I wonder why they choose to ignore customers emails and questions? That's bad business.
