Has anyone else had to fill out a W-9 before they gave you your points.

TODAY. Just got 'required' in email on win today. (never required before) Talked with SYWR and they say it is Sears. Talked to cust serv @ Sears.. Both say have to write sweeps@searshc.com! I filled out W-9 (with fear of having SS# on site), BUT STILL NO REWARDS POSTED! Gave up and emailed them. This is a mess!

I never did. Also, I won a $190 food processor and it was never brought up.

I did it the first time I ever won a sweeps, but not again. I called up and asked if I had to do it every time and was told that I didn't have to, my information was on file.

Is that why there are so many closed sweepstakes marked "pending"?

I am waiting for 2 different Rewards Points prizes. I reluctantly submitted my W9 info a few days ago, so I'm hoping the points will show up soon. Also, emailing sweeps@searshc.com yielded absolutely no response whatsoever, at least for me. I wonder why they choose to ignore customers emails and questions? That's bad business.
