What does an F11 error code indicate on a wall oven?

I have a Kenmore wall oven model #790.40192400. On the display, it shows F11 and a constant beeping sound is heard. The oven will do nothing in this state.

I consulted the technical data sheet (318047416) for your range. The error code F11 indicates a shorted or stuck keypad. Try the following to see if the code can be cleared. Disconnect power to the unit, wait 30 seconds and reapply power. If the fault returns upon power-up, the EOC (electronic oven control) may have to be replaced. Usually this type of repair will require a service professional to diagnose and make the needed repairs.
