You did not submit the model number of your range so I'll only be able to provide you general information.
Generally the F9 fault code indicates a door latch motor problem. It could have a failed or jammed latch motor, one of two latch switches may have failed or a failed oven control board.
I added an image with the trouble shooting guide. This guide is what a service technician would use to help diagnose the failure.
Do not attempt to trouble shoot while the range is connected to power. Disconnect power to the range before trouble shooting
I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range.
