Why won't my Kenmore Coldspot refrigerator keep things cold enough?

I have a Kenmore Coldspot refrigerator model number 106.5356220. The freezer works great, but the refrigerator isn't keeping foods or drinks cold enough. The unit reset itself about a month ago and ever since then I've had problems keeping items cold. When I say it reset itself, it reset the temperature settings to the middle setting on both the freezer and refrigerator by itself. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

The control may have reset due to a power failure. You may try changing the refrigerator to a cooler setting. This may fix the problem.

If changing the setting does not help, then you could have a problem with the baffle that controls the air flow from the freezer to the refrigerator. The following link of a previous answer provides information on this type of problem:

Check the baffle to see if it is stuck or frozen. If it is, then you may be able to defrost it and see if it begins working properly. If it is broken, then it will need to be replaced.

If the baffle is okay, then a defrost problem or other component failure could also cause this temperature issue in the refrigerator.

If you need more help with this problem, resubmit your question with additional details.
