This model of washer will signal a fault code that indicates why it is not spinning. The fault code is indicated by blinking lights on the display. To recall the last fault code, follow these steps:

Wake the machine by pressing any button.

Wait 5 seconds.

Press and hold the

START

and

PAUSE/CANCEL

buttons simultaneously.

All LED's will go blank and after a few seconds the control will signal the stored fault code using the blinking LED's. The control will repeatedly signal the code as long as you continue to hold the START and PAUSE/CANCEL buttons down.

The

DOOR LOCK, WASH, RINSE, FINAL SPIN and CONTROL

lights will flash a number of times to indicate the first digit of the fault code. The

START

light will flash a number of times to indicate the second digit of the fault code. There will be a 2 second pause and then the code will be repeated as you continue to hold down the START and PAUSE/CANCEL buttons.

The first image below shows examples of determining the fault codes on this washer. The second image provides a list of the common fault codes. Determining the fault code will help determine the cause of your failure in this washer.

Once you determine the fault code, resubmit your question with the additional information and we will help you troubleshoot this problem further.
