The best way to remove scratches from a stainless steel refrigerator is to use Sheila Shine. Moisten a cloth with Sheila Shine and rub the scratched area. Rub only in the direction of the grain on the door panel. You can use a plastic scrub pad also if needed.

When you have removed all you can, rinse and dry the area off then coat lightly with some Johnson's Baby Oil. This will make the scratches less visible.
