Why does my freezer keep frosting over?

I have a Kenmore refrigerator/freezer model 10671194100. I have the thermostat set on 3 but the back keeps frosting over. I have had service technicians come and fix the problem, but it only lasted approximately 6 months.

I do not have enough details to know where the frost is accumulating. If it's accumulating below the ice maker fill tube it may need an extension tube installed on the existing fill tube. See image below.

The frost could be caused by outside air migrating into the freezer or fresh food sections due to a bad door seal or an opening that should be sealed. It could also have a defrost failure too.

What did the previous technicians do?

Resubmit your question with the model number and details of where the frost is accumulating if needed for additional information.
