What could cause my washer to make buzzing noise and not drain or spin?

I have a Kenmore washer model #110.22832100 and the water doesn't drain out or spin, just a buzz sound. I it a bad timer?

If you’re hearing the motor hum when it should be draining or spinning could indicate a timer failure, speed switch failure or a loose wire connection at the timer.

I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your washer.
