You did not indicate where the water seems to be leaking from or the severity of the leak. You also did not indicate if it continues to leak water if you were to shut the washer OFF after if begins to agitate. I need more details in order help you diagnose the location of the leak.

There are several different possible places where this type of washer is known to develop leaks at this age.

Water pump

Rust holes in the tub

Pin hole in the "Mechanical Boot"

Mechanical boot may have come loose

Hole in one of the rubber tub or pump hoses

If water is not dumping out of the bottom as fast as it flow into the washer the most likely cause of the leak is the water pump or rust holes in the bottom of the tub.

The rear panel is removable by taking all the screws out securing the panel to the cabinet. Once you have the rear off you should be able to detect where the leak is coming from. I added an image below showing the hoses, tub, pump and mechanical boot to use a reference.
