Why does the thermal fuse keep blowing on my dishwasher?

It’s a Kenmore dishwasher. I've had the thermal fuse blow twice before but when I replaced it, it ran fine. Now, it blows the fuse every time. Do you have any ideas why?

Since I do know the model number of your dishwasher I will not be able to know which thermal fuse kit was installed. You did not state how the dishwasher will operate before it blows. If the thermal fuse kit came with a short new fuse harness, it is critical to use it or it could continue to blow. The fuse is a thermal fuse and should only open by temperature, but if there is shorted component it could cause the thermal fuse to open.
