Why is my Kenmore wall oven not working?

by Manage My Life Last activity date:

I have a Kenmore wall oven model number 278.4018892. I have installed a new clock part number 4342994 according to instructions but when you hit bake or broil nothing happens. It just shows the time. What could the problem?

The part number of the clock that you installed is not for this model of range. This model takes part number 339188. I am trying to locate one for you right now. Sometimes you have to send the original clock in for repairs. We have a place that does this but they are closed right now. I will contact you & update my findings to you later today.

UPDATE

: The original clock will need to be shipped off for repairs. The address is; CGI attention: “repair” 175 Wall St. Glendale Heights, IL. 60139. Phone number 866-737-2244.
