How do I silence the beeping on my Bosch dishwasher or reduce the level of the beep?

I asked this question earlier and received a possible solution from you, but it did not work. I'm trying to either disable the beeping end of cycle tone, or to lower the volume of the beep. The full model number is SHE66C02UC/48. The other number near that number is FD870600042. Is this the registration number?

After researching this issue further, we were informed by Bosch that the instructions for reducing or silencing the end of cycle signal are on page 13 of your owner’s manual. These instructions are shown in the image below. NOTE: I was not able to access this exact owner's manual online. I have not verified that this information is actually in the manual that you have. Based on the model number SHE66C02UC/48 I am told that the key sequence below will reduce or silence your signal.

If you need more help, resubmit your question with additional details.
