My treadmill console is not working properly. Can it be fixed under any circumstances?

It is a model PFTL59104.0 pro-form treadmill. The console is not working properly. The stop button always works. I have to push start and stop alternately many times before it will start. I have to quickly push a speed rating because it won't change after a few seconds. The programs on the left don't respond. It stays on manual. Occasionally incline will respond but only after pushing many times. The fan also works sporadically but about half the time. When it is running it runs fine but I can't make any changes. When I shut off the machine the incline doesn't return to level. When I turn the treadmill back on it is in the same position as when I shut it off. The console categories all light when I put in the key. All numbers record properly when the machine is running.

The console on your treadmill can be sent in for repair. The company that rebuilds Sears electronic controls can rebuild the console on your treadmill. The console will have to be removed from the treadmill and sent in for rebuild.

Contact a Sears Service Center or a Sears retail store for the procedure. You should be able to do the work your self if you want to. You can also schedule service and get a technician to remove and replace the console.

The Sears retail store or Service Center can give you the price.
