I need to know why my Kenmore range model number 665.95002102 oven is heating too high.

If the oven temp is 30 degrees off too high, you can make the adjustment yourself. If the temp is off any more than 30 degrees you will need to have the temp sensor checked with a meter. If the temp sensor is good, I recommend checking the EOC electronic oven control. Please see the information provided below explaining how to calibrate the oven temperature.
