Why is my Maytag Neptune dryer drum not turning even after I replaced the control?

I replaced the control board to my Maytag Neptune dryer and the control board works and I can feel heat but the drum does not turn.

If the dryer motor is running, and you can feel heat, but the drum is not turning the most likely cause of this problem is a broken belt.

I recommend you remove the front panel and check the belt if the motor runs but the drum doesn't turn.

The first image below shows how to remove the front panel so you can check if the belt is broken or just come off the motor pulley.

The 2nd image show how to install the belt if it has come off.
