How do I remove and replace the oven door on my Kenmore range?

I removed the oven door on my Kenmore range with it in the down position (wrong) and now I am having trouble getting it back on. The hinges snapped shut and I'm not sure if the hinges or the locking clips are in the right position to allow the door to be replaced. It is a Kenmore slide in range model 790.96213404

If you did not have the locking clips in the unlock position before removing the door, the hinges must be manually pushed downward towards the bottom of the door and then while pushing on holding the tension slide the locking clip towards the door.

NOTE

: There is an extremely amount of spring tension that you must over come in order to push the hinge and hold while sliding the locking clips down towards the inner door panel.

NOTE

: Use caution so that you do not pinch or injure you fingers or palm. I added an image below indicating where to place any type of a long and rigid flat object 1/4 inch thick and wide enough so not to slip out. It should be at least 6 inches long or longer to use as leverage. Lay the oven door down on its face and place the rigid 1/4 inch thick bar or little crowbar etc, as shown in the image and push as shown. While pushing away from you rotate the locking tab into the unlock position to keep the hinge from spring closed. Then reinstall the door as shown in the first image.
