A beeping noise can be caused by the door or temperature alarm. The door may not be making good contact with the door switch or maybe the door switch is not working properly. If the temperature gets too high, for a certain period of time, in some models, the alarm will sound. The main board could also be defective and can cause this problem. For specific information about your refrigerator, you can resubmit your question with more details and please include a complete model number.
