The 3E message indicates an over-current was detected and the motor will not turn. This is generally caused by a loose connection.
In your description of the problem you say the washer will fill and wash okay it is only when it gets to the spin cycle that 3E is displayed.
I'd recommend a technician check and repair this problem. The 3E error is an error that should occur in wash as well as spin. It is odd the error only happens in the spin cycle.
