: How do I convert a Kenmore range from natural gas to propane, model number 911-7359180?

Solution

: You will need a conversion kit. Ranges come from the factory set up to use natural gas. Natural gas uses a larger orifice. If propane gas is used, the orifice must be smaller and must be changed out. A Sears technician is not qualified to convert ranges to use LP gas. You will need to contact your local gas company.
