I need to know what would cause my Kenmore gas oven model number 665.75822000 to heat only to 200 degrees when set to 350.

Be sure that the control is set to readout F & not C. If the control is set to read F & you have 200 degrees temperature when set to 350 then I suspect the temp sensor has failed. You will need to remove the temp sensor located in the oven cavity & use an ohm meter to measure the sensor resistance. The temp sensor should read close to 1100 ohms at 76 degrees. Other possibilities; igniter, oven control or wiring harness problems.
