How do I remove a broken shear pin from my Craftsman snow thrower model 536887990?

I have a Craftsman snow thrower model 536887990, that the sheer pin needs replacing. The broken pin is still in the shaft. I also need to get a replacement manual.

To remove the broken shear pin you will need to line up the hole in the auger with the hole in the shaft. Once the holes are aligned you can use a large nail and a hammer to tap the broken piece out of the shaft. Now keep the holes aligned and push the new shear bolt thorough the hole and thread on the lock nut. Here is a link for your manual.
