Without knowing where the water is leaking inside the refrigerator it would be difficult to fully diagnose your problem but it sounds like the drain is clogged or frozen.

The easiest check will be to remove the panel, in back of the refrigerator, to gain access to the drain tube. You can pull the drain tube out, to check if it's clogged and if so clean it out. If it's clean, you can check the drain hole the tube fits in for ice. If it's iced up, you can try cleaning it out with a small screwdriver but be very careful, so when it breaks through, it won't puncture the evaporator coil.

If you don't feel comfortable repairing this yourself you may consider scheduling service at 1-800-469-4663
