If I have a heating or system that blows air into my home, will it harm people who suffer from asthma or allergies?

Forced-air systems and heat pumps have filters screen out impurities. Choose a high-quality filter, and change or wash it at least several times a year; depending on local conditions and the type of system, you may need to replace or clean it monthly during the winter.
