Will my old garage door remote(139.53681b) work with my garage door opener(139.53985D)?

I just bought a new Craftsman garage door opener (139.53985D) and need a third remote. I was hoping to use my old remote (139.368b), but I couldn't program it. Are they running at different frequencies?

Is the same true for the key pad? My old key pad is already mounted (139.53684) and I would like to reuse it?

The logic board in your old garage door opener communicated with the remote and the keyless entry on a 396 hz band. Your new garage door opener logic board operates on a 315 hz band.

You will have to buy new remotes and a new keyless entry to operate the garage door opener.

The wall control will work ok since it communicates by wire.
