Why is my LG washer model #WM2277HW displaying a LE error code on the display?

According to the manual, this error is caused by a motor overload. I don't not believe this is the problem how can I check the motor or what else like switches that could be the problem...

The LE error code indicates a problem with the hall sensor. This is the sensor that senses motor movement. The only way to test the sensor is with a volt/ohm meter. Please see the images provided explaining testing for the LE error code.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then I recommend calling a service technician to properly diagnose and repair your washer
