What is the fuel/oil mix ratio for my Craftsman weed wacker model number 234.795511?

The owners’ manual is no longer available for this model. Sometimes the recommended ratio will be listed on the gas tank or the gas cap. Look carefully for a label on the product. If you do not find the exact ratio listed, then you should be able to run the trimmer on a ratio of 40:1. Many 2 cycle engines will normally run on a gas to oil ratio of 40:1. This involves adding 3.2 oz. of 2 cycle oil to 1 gallon of gas. You can normally run between 32:1 (4 oz. oil to 1 gallon of gas) to 50:1 (2.6 oz. oil to 1 gallon of gas).
