Is it every 3,000 miles? 5,000 miles? Does it depend on my driving habats? I'm not sure.

The general rule of thumb I give my customers and family is to do a rotation every other oil change so approximately 6,000 to 9,000 miles.

Hope this helps, Mike

Hey Mikein Vinna, What other customers have done they would normally rotate them every 6,000 miles (every alternate oil change). The tire manufacturer normally recommends once every 5,000 miles. I attached the link below. Hope this helps!
