My Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower Does not cut evenly, why?

I have a Craftsman 42" - DYT 4000-18.5HP OHV Briggs Engine Riding Lawn Mower Model # 917.275640. My lawn mower does not cut evenly. I have tried two new sets of blades and have checked tire pressures. It has a 12 Ga. Deck but it cuts unevenly. In the center the grass still needs cut but about 3" over in the center it looks to be digging dirt. I have checked to see if the star center of the blades are perfectly lined and they are.

I have provided you with the instructions for leveling the mowing deck of your tractor. Before you level the deck check to see if the deck is bent. To check the deck, turn the blades so they are turned to the center of the deck. The tips of the blades should be even with each other. If one blade is lower than the other the blade or the deck is bent. It would be a safe bet the deck is bent because you already replaced the blades. The mower housing is available as a replaceable part. Once the blade tips are aligned, you can level the deck with the instructions provided.
