WHy is my Haier upright freezer not getting cold enough to freeze the food in it?

My Haier upright freezer is running but the temperature is not getting cold enough to freeze the food items in it.

Unfortunately without a model number, I will not be able to give any specific information. However, first it needs to be verified if the compressor is running or not. If the compressor is running but no cooling at all is taking place, the problem will be in the seal system or with the compressor. It could be a restriction, a low charge or the compressor may not be pumping. A technician will need to make these checks. I'm listing a site you can access, to have a tech come out.
