Since the door alarm is going off, it is possible that you have a failed door switch. Although the image below is fuzzy, it shows information on how to check the door switches in this type of refrigerator. Check to see if the lights go off when both refrigerator door switches are pushed. You can
unplug the refrigerator
and check the continuity through the switch with a volt/ohm meter. If you find a bad switch, it will need to be replaced. If all of the door switches are okay, you may have a wiring failure or a failed electronic control board (micom) in the refrigerator.
