The zt7000 blades quit while mowing. I changed the push pull pto but no results. I have checked everything I can think of with no results. The blades will still not engage. All belts are ok and mower will move with no problem. I have checked all switches as best as possible. I was able to jump wire and make the blades turn. I could install a toggle switch and bypass the ptl switch, but that would be unsafe. Any suggestions?

I have attached an image depicting which wires go to where on the solenoid. In short, there will be a small gauge black that goes to one side of the solenoid and a small gauge yellow to the other. Keep in mind, the terminals the wires connect to may both be on one side or they may be opposite from each other. Which wire goes to which terminal doesn't matter as the outcome will be the same.

The wiring diagram in the manual does not show the color coding of each wire. You can't tell which goes where.

I see you would like to know how to connect the wiring to your Craftsman zt7000 Mower. I highly suggest you visit our Manage My Life website and click on the Manuals button, then you must put in the correct model number and the manual should appear. There should be a troubleshooting suggestion page that might give you some answers. I attached the link below. I hope this helps!!!!!!
