how to get off burned sugar and honey on glass-ceramic cooktop
Kenmore 30" Radiant Self Cleaning Free Standing Range, Model #911.95465. I have burned a combination of honey/sugar on the cooktop. Some came off immediately but after cooling I still have quite a bit of it left on the burner. I am using the razor at a 30 degree angle. Any other suggestions?

Burned on foods can try our patience. The first place I would look for direction is the owner's manual. I also found a couple of web sites with recommendations. I attached the links below. Hope this helps!

If you are not using a brand new razor blade scraper, I recommend that you try changing the blade (or the scraper) to a brand new one to get the maximum result from this cleaning process. You may be able to carefully reduce the 30 degree angel progressively to remove the deposits. If you still wind up with residue, I recommend that you try removing the remaining honey/sugar with a powdered kitchen polish/cleanser called Bar Keepers Friend. You can get this product at you local grocery store. It is safe to use on a ceramic cooktop.
