This is an RCA DLP TV. First thing that you should confirm is that there is no menu. Sometimes you can lose video but the TV can still generate onscreen graphics. If this is the case then the device you are using to watch TV (cable, satellite, etc.) could be the cause. If that checks out then it might be the lamp not lighting. Since you have already changed the lamp, a technician is going to have to make some checks to pinpoint where we are losing the screen.
