Check the settings. Make sure that the humidity setting is at 35%.
In the cooler fall weather, the dehumidifier will not collect much water when the temperature is close to 65 degrees in the area where the dehumidifier is located. Also, if the relative humidity in the space is not significantly above 45% then you will not collect much water. Check these conditions.

Unplug the dehumidifier
and check the front and back grill for debris. Clean these parts if necessary. Check the evaporator for a frost pattern. If the compressor runs but you see no frost pattern on the evaporator, then you could have a sealed system problem. This type of failure is normally covered by the 5 year sealed system warranty. The model number that you supplied appears to be slightly off. Refer to your owner's manual for details on this warranty. Carry the dehumidifier into a Sears Repair Center or store for service under this warranty if necessary.
