On this type of diagnosis I recommend ohming out the glowbar with an ohmmeter. The glowbar should read approx 180-200 ohms resistance. If the glowbar is coming on but not lighting the burner you will need to replace the glowbar. Another possibility is the safety valve. If the broiler is not working also I suspect a control (clock) problem. Remember to
