kenmore electric range error code f11

i used the self cleaning function on my oven now i get an error code f11 i tried killing the power but it still

get the same thing kenmore model #790-99613701

Not having you range working can be very inconvenient.

• The F11 code relates to a Touch Key Pad issue or it can be an Electronic Oven Control. E.O.C. as it is referred to.

• If pushing the Stop/Cancel key does not cancel the error code and solve the problem, then the technical manual gives us two options. If replacing the key pad does not rectify the problem, it will require replacing the EOC.

• I have given you a picture below, which is an excerpt of the Technical Manual for this problem.

• The part numbers for the two components involved are: The control panel with keypad: 318534201 for about, $ 261.00, and the EOC part number: 316462835 for $ 140.00, and you can order these parts if you wish from
