The wheels-8 inch? seem small , I would like large rear wheels what do you recommend for a size?

I do not recommend putting bigger rear wheel on the mower. The reason is that it will change the pitch of the mower blade resulting in a poor cut. Our high wheel mowers have 12-inch rear wheels that are mounted higher to keep the blade pitched correctly. If it is necessary to have larger rear wheels, I recommend replacing the mower. I can see your looking for bigger wheels on the rear of your Craftsman Mower. I highly suggest that you visit the Sears Parts Direct website and you can purchase big tires online, you can also speak with an associate who can probably better assist you.
