my Kenmore refrigerator Model 79565012401 will not stop beeping

Jacqueline S. provided some links for previous answers in the first response that indicate the beeping could be caused by a control problem. The image below shows the causes of beeping in this particular model. You could have a problem with the door, door switch or the electronic control board on the back of the refrigerator if the beeping is apparently caused by the door alarm. If the beeping is constant and apparently caused by a stuck button on the display, then you may have a bad display control board or a bad main control board.

I recommend that you have a service technician diagnose and repair these types of problems on your refrigerator. Here is a link for the Sears Service website:
