Dishwasher 665.16033401 Part number 8268961 Friction Sleeve.
If the door needs to be removed to install this part, I need instructions on how to remove the door.

After removing the toe panel you should be able to remove the door spring from the hinge and then slide the sleeve over the arm. You shouldn't need to pull the dishwasher out. You should be able to reach under to disconnect the door spring and then slide the sleeve over the arm where you the spring was hooked on.

Thanks, Joey S for your prompt response. When installing the friction sleeves, will I need to pull the dishwasher out from the cabinet to get access to the hinge arm?

I understand your concern. The door does not have to be removed in order to install the friction sleeve (key#10). The sleeve simply slides over the hinge arm to prevent the hinge arm from possibly rubbing the frame when the door is opened and closed.

Remove the 4 screws securing the lower toe plate and remove the toe plate.

To install the friction sleeve, remove the spring where it connects to the hinge arm and then slide the sleeve over the hinge arm and push it up slightly and then reconnect the spring.
