My Kenmore Elite Oasis Washer keeps beeping

model 110.2706 When the washer has started, it then starts to beep soft then loud several times and stops. It will continue to beep soft and loud and stop several times throughout the cycle. However, the overall running of the machine is not affected and completes the washing. Why is it beeping? How do I fix it?

I am sorry the image did not come through. I have reposted it and it looks like it stuck this time. I the parts list we have the part needed is the user interface. I have added an image below with the interface boxed in red. Please make sure use the model number off the washer when looking up the parts, because the number on the manual is not a complete model number. I do not want you to get the wrong part. The model number is located on the back of the opening where you load the clothes. With the instructions I am pretty sure you will be able to fix the washer. Just remember to unplug it first. I would also like to add when you plug the washer back in they seem to make spark sound louder than other appliances. This is normal.

Thanks so far. I just need a little more help. I checked out the Sears Parts Direct link and it does not appear to list a "User Interface Board". Could it be called something else? Looking at the diagrams, the only thing I can determine is you are referring to the Electronic Control (part number 8564393) at $114.16. Is that the same thing?
Lastly, you mentioned "providing instructions below for replacing the interface"...I don't see the instructions. Sorry, not trying to be difficult. I am feeling more confidant about fixing this myself. Your help is appreciated! Standing by to hear back from you.

Thank you for your question.

By what you have stated, I suspected the user interface has a shorted cycle signal button. The only way to fix the problem is to replace the user interface. Replacing the interface is something the customer can do with basic hand tools. I have provided you with the instructions below for replacing the interface. Please make sure to unplug the washer before any service is done.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Here is a link to order any parts you need.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website:
