The F9 error code indicates the microwave is not furnishing high voltage to cook.

This problem can be caused by a bad control board, a bad inverter board, a bad magnetron, or a broken wire to one of these components.

Microwaves generate around 40,000 volts when cooking. Voltage can be stored in capacitors and can deliver an electrical shock when the microwave is unplugged.

I recommend you go to

services.sears.com/shs/category/repair?sid=MMLxexpertxmerch

and get a Sears technician to diagnose and repair the microwave.

Error codes on appliances can be confusing. The owner's manual often has an explanation but not always. It may be a repair code meant for a service tech. While you wait for the expert, you can check a similar previous question with an expert reply if you like. I attached the link below. If you decide this is something an expert technician should repair, an option is to visit Sears Home Services and use the handy scheduler. Hope this helps!
