Sears Craftsman Electronic 10" table saw with digital display adjustments

Received Sears Craftsman Electronic 10" saw some time ago. Has cast iron table . Can't locate model/serial nos. Elevation and bevel is motor driven with digital display to 1000th inch. It has a dual switch, the master power has the key lockout, with the motor switch beside it. It was working fine until a few days ago. Then the motor switch malfunction and no effect when pressed for shut off. Had to use the master switch to turn off saw. With the master switch on and the blade running, this was the only way to adjust the blade height from the motorized motor. Also, when the saw is just plugged in without the master switch turn on, there is a running display of "8's" flashing right to left on the digital display, whereas before, the display is off, as should be. I can still raise/lower the blade by using the up/down jog button, but the punched-in feature is non functional on the keypad for elevation and bevel. I have removed the control panel and use compressed air to lightly blow away any sawdust, but no effect. Any suggestions on solving problem, or firstly where to find the model/serial nos.

I can understand your frustration over the issue that you are having with the table saw. I was unable to locate any information upon the issue. My suggestion would be is to double check for the model number. It always helps the expert to explain your issue a tad bit better.
