You did not indicate if you mean the evaporator fan (inside freezer) or the condenser fan (in compressor compartment) is running too much.

Both fan motors are controlled by the electronic control board in the refrigerator compartment. Both fans run whenever the compressor is running.

The compressor and fans will run around 80% of the time the refrigerator is plugged in. The compressor and fans run to maintain a uniform temperature inside the refrigerator and freezer.

The compressor on your refrigerator is very efficient and doesn't use much electricity.

If you think the fan is never turning off, you should go to
